I've probably tried out four different cookie dough recipes from the internet and either they're too complicated in the preparation or the result was not at all my taste. So I've been experimenting a lot and looked for healthy, tasteful ingredients and finally could perfect taste and consistency of my dough.
->for 2 Persons
2 Pieces of a dark chocolate tablet (cut them into small ,chips')
1 Tbsp vanilla whey powder (20g)
1.5 Tbsp crunchy peanutbutter
2 -3 Tsp maple syrup or honey (I prefer maple)
Total protein: about 28 g
Total kcal: about 112 kcal
Put the whey powder in a bowl and add the peanutbutter and the maple syrup.
Stir well until it's creamy, I personally don't use any mixer for that.
Add the chocolate pieces and blend it all.
You can leave the dough in the fridge or eat it directly. I like to take the dough out of the fridge 10 minutes before eating so that the dough is more creamy :)
