**My fit Caesar**


Ingredients:

1 chicken escalope (filleted in 2)

1/2 avocado sliced

1/2 orange sliced

1 red onion

3 eggs

Green salad

1 Tbsp olive oil

Salt, Pepper


Dressing:

0.5 Tbsp vinegar

0.5 Tbsp honey

3-4 Tbsp vegetable oil

Juice 1/2 Orange



Salt and pepper the chicken escalopes and grill them in a pan with olive oil on high heat until it's golden. Boil the eggs in hot water meanwhile for about 6 minutes and slice the onion and the avocado into thin pieces. Slice half of an orange and keep the other half for your dressing. Wash and prepare the green salad.


Use a big cup and press the orange juice out. Mix and stir with vinegar and honey. Add the vegetable oil little by little, the dressing will get thicker. Salt and pepper the dressing.


I like to decorate my bowl first and then I add the dressing but do it as you like.
